Your activities lie in the area of:
- Independent preparation of monthly wage and salary statements 
- Support in all personnel matters from recruitment to departure 
- Preparation of employment contract documents and general correspondence 
- Management of time recording 
- Reporting and certification 
- Maintenance of personnel master data 
- Creation of analyses 
- Support and takeover of projects 

Our requirements for you:
- Completed commercial training 
- Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably working with DATEV or SAGE 
- Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law 
- Confident handling of MS Office 
- A careful and precise way of working 
- Reliability and trustworthy handling of sensitive data 
- Strong communication skills and an open ear for any concerns
